Perhaps the most consistent finding of pornography studies to date is that there is a sizeable gap that exists between men and women when it comes to their personal use and acceptance of pornography. Dozens of studies have shown that men are more likely than women to view pornography, and this is particularly true of viewing pornography regularly on a daily or weekly basis. The answers to these questions are not well understood in the pornography and couple formation literature. In all likelihood, the answers differ from couple to couple. The patterns that emerge as couples navigate these issues surrounding pornography use likely influence future couple patterns and outcomes—for better or for worse.

Why more and more women are using pornography

Yes, women like porn, too – we're all just trained to believe they don't | Sex | The Guardian
How did you learn to have sex? Maybe you worked it out bit by bit with a partner. Maybe you talked about it with friends and got tips and tricks from them. Or maybe you watched porn. If you're under 35, it's almost certain you've watched porn at least once, with surveys such as triple j's annual check-in with young people finding 93 per cent of men and 58 per cent of women do.

Many women watch porn thinking it's normal sex. It's not
Shocking neuroscience news this week, as a rousing new study discovers women have sex drives. In other words, women and men get just as horny when they look at erotic imagery. These revelations were published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. While the conclusion of this study may seem blindingly obvious to most women, it counters previous research which found men were more likely to respond to visual sexual stimuli.

I t was an ordinary weekday morning when Caroline first noticed how much pornography was taking over her life. With 15 minutes to go before she was due to leave for a job interview, she opened up her laptop to print off an extra copy of her CV and there, onscreen, was a grab she'd saved from pornhub. It took two minutes. But I kept going back. Although there is much debate about whether "porn addiction" even exists, Caroline, a year-old English graduate, has just finished seeing a sex addiction therapist to help get her porn habit under control.
